OutSmart Patient Portal

Our online appointment booking system is completely integrated with your health documents through OutSmart. OutSmart is fully compliant with PIPEDA, PHIPA, HIPAA, and GDPR guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

 

As an active patient, you can login to your Patient Portal and see all of your treatment notes & appointments in one place. No need to contact the clinic to gain access to your confidential information.

 

You can upload your own labs and documents to share with me in the "Documents & Uploads" section - this protects your information in lieu of e-mailing documents.

The image below, provides you with a snapshot of what the Patient Portal Dashboard looks like once you login. Please note, this system can be accessed through your smartphone, but it is optimized for use through Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers. Updates are happening regularly, so you will be informed once more features are available.

How do I gain access my patient portal?

If you book a new appointment online, the setup process is automatic! 

 

If you are a current patient, you can either:

1. Book an appointment online and you will be prompted to create a new account. I will merge your new account with your pre-existing health records.

or

2. Send me an e-mail asking for your OutSmart Access Code. With your access code, you can simply login with the code and see a record of all of your treatment notes. Please note, the access code is only valid for 24 hours once issued to ensure your data is kept safe.
